Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 12, 2026
RoseStone Studio is a trade name of RoseStone Labs LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through rosestonestudio.com (the "Site"), how we use it and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Information you give us, such as your name, email address, company, website and what you tell us about your project, when you send an inquiry, book a call or contact us.
- Technical information our hosting provider receives when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, used to deliver and secure the Site.
- Usage information collected through cookies by Google Analytics, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, how you use the Site (for example clicks, scrolling and video plays), the site that referred you, and your general location (city level), to understand how the Site is used. We do not send your name, email or anything you type in a form to Google Analytics.
- Visit history linked to your contact record. Our customer relationship management provider places a cookie that records the pages you view on the Site. If you send us an inquiry, or click a link in an email we sent you, we link that visit history (past and future visits from the same browser) to your contact record, so we understand what you are interested in before we reply, along with your general location (from your IP address). We may also record when you open or click our emails.
How we use it
To respond to you, to discuss and provide our services, to run and secure the Site, and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as:
- customer relationship management;
- website hosting and analytics;
- email;
- scheduling;
- AI tools that help us organize information and draft replies (a person reviews everything before it is sent);
- payment processing, for clients only.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use two kinds of cookies, neither of them for advertising: analytics cookies, and our customer relationship management provider's cookies, which link your visits to your contact record once you have contacted us or clicked a link in our email (see above).
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It uses cookies set on our domain. We have turned off Google's advertising features (Google signals and ad personalization), and we do not use advertising cookies. Google processes this information under its own policies; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser. To stop visit history being linked to you, block or clear cookies in your browser, or email us and we will delete it.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other websites, and we do not allow other companies to collect information about your online activities across websites through the Site for advertising. The Site does not change how it works in response to a browser's "Do Not Track" signal.
Your choices
You can ask us to review, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing jordan@rosestonestudio.com.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
