Terms of Use
Effective date: October 12, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of rosestonestudio.com (the "Site"), operated by RoseStone Labs LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as RoseStone Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is for businesses and adults; you must be at least 18 to use it. If you use the Site for a company, you confirm you may accept these Terms for it.
2. Information, not an offer
Services, prices and timelines on the Site are for information only, may change at any time and are not a binding offer. Timelines are estimates, and we do not promise any business result. Work starts only under a signed agreement, which controls if it differs from the Site.
3. Illustrations and examples
Product screens on the Site are illustrations that use sample data. Example work is our own or shown with its owner's permission.
4. Our content
The Site and its content, and the RoseStone Studio name, logo and taglines, belong to RoseStone Labs LLC or its licensors. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, republish or sell its content, or use our name or marks, without our written permission.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the Site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights; send spam or harmful code; gain or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or our systems; interfere with the Site; scrape or copy it by automated means; or use its content to train any machine learning or AI model.
6. What you send us
You confirm that what you send us is accurate and that you may share it. If you need to share confidential details before we work together, ask us for a mutual NDA. You keep ownership of what you send; you allow us to use it to respond to you and to plan work with you. We may use any feedback or suggestions you send without obligation to you.
7. Other sites and services
The Site may link to or use services run by others. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Changes to the Site
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Site, or limit anyone's access to it, at any time.
9. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue or data, arising from or related to the Site or these Terms. Our total liability for all claims related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). This does not apply to services under a signed agreement, which has its own terms.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify RoseStone Labs LLC against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a legal proceeding, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally for 30 days. Any proceeding must be brought in the state courts in the City and County of Denver, Colorado, or the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Using the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
14. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours. We may communicate with you electronically, and those communications satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.
